The Sacrament of Reconciliation, one of two Sacraments of Healing, is an encounter with Jesus that forgives sins and restores us to grace.

Sacrament of Reconciliation for Youth:

St. Catharine of Siena offers instructional formation for young people interested in preparing to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation.  For baptized children in second grade, preparations for First Reconciliation begins in late fall and is generally celebrated the second or third week of November.  Our parish community is pleased to share with you this special time in your child's life and in the life of your family.  Initial preparation for this sacrament begins with a gathering of parents and children early in October.
